## Story

Well, this is the first hoist log I've done in a long time and I kind of forcing myself to do it because Well, I'm up at the airstream And I got here via A trip to Work with Steve to introduce Steve to the latest version of Witness on his machine and walk him through a training on it but Which was really good and it was really helpful for me to Get that feedback that witness from him right witness actually being Tool doing that work So besides the product being really cool The last week has been a really challenging Financial the whole last month has so I'm just shutting the windows and stuff Bear with me I'm not ignoring everyone. I'm just Going about getting myself into bed So let me see if I can explain this back up because I know AI is gonna sort this out Since returning from Chris and Mark's And I'm still grateful for that memory and having time with my grandkids and being of use Helping them around the house work on some projects so a physical demonstration of value So I came back and I installed rock build and since then I have built now Let's see the syndication pipeline which is lattice which then Said you know what I need a personal development pipeline, so I built witness and Then it was well we need to take witness and turn it into a enterprise class Pipeline so that entrepreneurs and solopreneurs and small businesses can talk with their team or We can Have the small business owner just do what I'm doing right now and Put it out onto their website and have an asker instead of a browser.

Okay, so instead of old-school going to your website and scroll doom scrolling and trying to figure it all out you just Click on it and have an asker But you want to be able to do this also in private right so all of these Things work Not on the internet they work offline they work with a local AI running it's a llama and it runs a bunch of different models and You can do all of this work in private right not on the internet so you can transfer these knowledge bases to Your kids the readers right you send them a link and they can read the knowledge base like mine tonight 157 items in it Records like the one I'm making right now So they can have access over the internet or I can just drop it on a drive and send it to them and They can archive it or mine it all right, so that's it three different products, but in the process of doing this I've been struggling with the Hephaestion Polymath Scourge Which is to constantly stand at the forge and build new things like swords For those that are doing the battle and then not being able to find people that actually give a shit to even be in the battle right there's a tenuous future for AI Not so much as a tool you know like we managed fire and we managed to tame wolves and We've got horses turned to cars and airplanes and rockets and so we've risen to the occasion in every challenge in the past, but There's obviously a potential civilizational Fermi paradox the great filter And or just a biblical Reconciling so It just feels like the last month has been absolutely Invisible world battle And I say that because we've been recovering financially and then we hit July and our income Froze we had Angelina only earned $400 in the salt cave after I think she had Three months in a row over six or seven thousand dollars, so we were starting to recover and seeing this nice little grout and climb and People were calling and making appointments, and she wasn't having to chase them and then all of a sudden July hit and there was absolutely nothing so by the end of the month Well by the 26th Microsoft shut our servers off So then I couldn't even Demonstrate you know I the products and I had a Mentoring session with a group of high schoolers from an old friend Dave Johnson and his Student Energy managers that he's got on a mentoring program I had a chance and That's another record with Elijah, and what did I learn so I used my tools and made good on a fumbled scotoma that I had of witnessing to Elijah and Anyway, that's a different story, so I Get ready to start showing to sell this and then the servers are off So I can't sell it and then I'm run out of money even to pay for the tools like grok build and the others to keep building and finishing the last little bit of it and then we're running out of food and You know we've never even recovered on the truck or the airstream yet, so they're still you know rears and so anyway I haven't been on any biome or even having we've been down to doing some fasting and you know intermittent fasting and then just not even having food and So it's gotten pretty What's the word I'm testing my commitment to this whole thing So today I finally just caved and Got frustrated because a little bit event happened. I had just enough on one account I had Three dollars and sixty six cents and on another account.

I had like a dollar 28 or something I had just enough if I could combine them to get five dollars and ten cents or something Together and then be able to buy at least five dollars worth of credit today I could fix a couple of things and send out the invitations to the only two Well, there were three respond no five respondents out of a hundred and twenty Invites that I did because I got on my cell phone went through my entire chat Contact list and sent a link to my invitational video that I shot Half a week ago, so I had YouTube and my phone and somebody and I invited everyone and Steve, of course, he's a real champion on this thing. So he responded and Two other guys out of the entire list responded with yeah, I was gonna take down civilization.

It'll be the end of you know dystopian Malevolent that's the end of the world, you know Like with horses and everything else that came and so that we had a little discussion I sent them my manifesto and you know shut that that terminated it And then I was got a surprise response from Mark and from Michael right my two son-in-laws Which I'm hoping was more than social courtesy and not to offend anyone listening to this but it's just so hard to know anymore so you know, I was trying to get ready to invite the two of them to actually read on my reader of my and see the actual product and Yesterday at the last minute five minutes to 5 p.m. West Coast time which is important because Angelina had a phone call with Gabby.

Gabby called or texted back and said, you know God told me to pay you guys It was just enough that we could turn the servers back on so Angelina very rushedly Sent to all the money that we brought in in that and paid Microsoft Three minutes to five because then they're gone over the weekend and you can't you know, so anyway got turned on in a big flurry so Today I had a meltdown I Got an Angelina's face and was uncool Wasn't anything dramatic and physical it was just me expressing how hurt I felt How this gaping void between Accomplishing something with some kind of an expectation that my brain Looks forward to some feedback loop of value of any kind even just a thumbs up Was a hundred and twenty guys that I thought should all at least half of them with point man international Ministries that are all leaders of other veterans. They're all saying look we're point men.

He's not even gonna have AI or ask the website or any of this So anyway, I'm emotionally going not only did I not get the Reward on finishing all these projects, but I got the anti reward I got a laggard wants to buy old-school stuff, which means Angelina is gonna work on it for a month For a couple of grand which means that I have to go out and do all the sales myself and I've lost her anyway Well, you hear me moaning and bitching What comes out of the reading from witness is Angelina goes Well, yeah, we sold a copy of witness And I'm like, what do you mean we sold what no Gabby Texted back that she was in she wanted to See she wants to get involved with witness. She wants to be especially with counsel she wants to take it to her primary company that she's a Realty broker And then I was just like you mean this whole time We sold our first copy put our first dollar and you didn't even tell me you just rescued the servers and moved on You see it's a lack of communication it's what's not being said that's important So why am I recording this whole thing at this length and all these things well because I haven't said anything For probably two to three weeks.

I've been busy just building it and exhausting myself every day And if I don't record this then no one knows what it's like to have scars and for the carbon Challenge of the invisible world kicking your ass So even tonight I finally get on my last five dollars of grok because Angelina figured out some way to get me a few dollars. I put it into grok And I'm cut off of all my websites again I'm at the airstream and I don't I can't access anything and then there's this screw up in the code and GitHub versioning and this history button keeps disappearing and I'm just burning through these at a dollar a turn and it's all because web route decided to safeguard me and Terminated my connection as a phishing server so my own coding through GitHub into the server and testing triggered my virus protection and silently cut me out of Access, which is just what happens when you have your servers go down, so I just spent half of my Tokens that I had purchased to work on Troubleshooting something that's trying to protect me from myself right You see a pattern in there I?

So I showed him in Scotomaville how we can tell a story about each of his relatives and we can just convert the customized the Craft of voices for each of those avatars, right though the voice that grok four or five can use to Witness an intake.
