# MENtrepreneurs Level One Series - Why by Founder

The founder's why, stated in 2010: "Like many of you, I grew up with a very strong father wound." Daniel explains that he came from a lack of guidance, trust and support, became an avid reader of transformation, and built MENtrepreneurs around what he had lacked. As the anchor for Meaning Beyond the Job, it shows his purpose was never a job title but repair, and the father wound he names here is the same one Principia Gnosis warns about in 2026.
