**Daniel:** All right Daniel what is it that the church should know about how to dance with AI?

**Daniel:** Yeah okay so as humans we don't see things the way they are we see things the way we are and we think well no one's ever told me how I am because we're all messed up with cognitive biases and scotomas and information coming at us with chaos and patterns and we don't even — we have no clue so we shut down.

But God's come to us giving us an example with Moses doing about his day and he's walking along going sees a bush wow posts it to social media and moves on with his day — I saw a burning bush and went on. No that's not what Moses did. Moses went, turned, pivoted, took the time, investigated — what is that? It's a — that's weird there's no smoke oh my and ooh this is a miracle — takes his shoes off, gets himself down like humble before God and then God talks to him. Then God scares him by challenging him to an adventure — you think this is crazy you just wait till you're leading Israel out of captivity and I give you a stick because you can't talk and Aaron and then the adventures begin.

But what did Moses do that we can all do? We didn't just note it for social media and move on with our day. We stopped, slowed down and investigated it. What's the question? How did the Christians and how does the church deal with AI? Slow down, investigate, understand where it can help, where it needs humans and where you're called to engage with it. How in any way — that's a whole another class.
