summary: "WTA Season 2 Episode 6 reviews the entire personal-transformation journey while Daniel stands in fresh snow, using the vineyard boulder scotoma as the central metaphor for blind spots that stare us in the face. He recaps Theoplexus syndication (name origin, web-fractal platform) and details three business models plus four revenue streams so men can become platform owners instead of content creators, avoid the useless class, and change lanes ahead of accelerating change. Emphasis on FOCUS-ACT-FAIL-LEARN-ITERATE-PIVOT and leaning into every obstacle as the way forward."
keypoints:
  - "Biology and attention constantly betray us — we misplace keys, phones, opportunities, and even boulders in our own vineyard"
  - "Theoplexus (Theo = the one + Plexus = many) is a hyper-local/national syndication web fractal that places your truth where people are already looking"
  - "Three business models (sponsored relationship, split enterprise, facilitated agency) plus four revenue streams can be mixed-and-matched into 12 tailored packages"
  - "Obstacles are not to be financed around or avoided — they are the way (Marcus Aurelius); every interruption reveals missing beliefs and scales character"
  - "Stop creating content for someone else’s platform; own your own syndication so your family changes lanes instead of becoming part of the useless class"

**Daniel:** How’s this for review? Today, right? Snowing again. You might actually be in a winter of finances. I get it! Been there, done that. Had a couple of rollercoaster rides along this last 40 years and well I know how to crawl out from underneath the rock. Come on, let me get your gear on.

**Daniel:** I’m often using the expedition metaphor or the “let’s go climb Mount Everest” metaphor as a way of becoming self-actualized, a way of becoming not just self-aware but understanding and not being gamed by AI. So I’m gonna invite you on a journey that’s an expedition to that self-understanding and you can subscribe to the channel and follow or you can join us, how to meet up, or you can just jump into one of our expedition sets at any one of a number of locations. It starts with contacting us and then you got to get your gear on. You got the right idea.

**Daniel:** Welcome to this week’s episode. I think we’re gonna redo but it’s definitely gonna be confusing. Well not really, Daniel. You mean rave? You okay? Maybe I don’t want to lose you. I know it’s a lot to wrap your head around. I really do have your best interests in mind — this transformation process of getting to know who you are, not just awareness but actual understanding so that you can know yourself better than AI knows you, so that you don’t fall into that snare and not lead your family in the right direction.

**Daniel:** I know I don’t want to lose you on it but I’m gonna talk a little bit about Theoplexus. Co-plexus? Who’s Vo-plexus? Ya I do not know him. Okay it’s hard to remember. I know it’s hard to remember, Daniel — you made it up from the Latin. View in Plexus. Okay thank you, Faye. Thank you. Yes it is most are only a concatenation of Vo in Plexus. Theo the one plexus — many complex. Get it? Caught my name’s Comp — C-O-M-P — complex. Obviously Theoplexus, right? That sticks. The one too many. A platform of syndication like a syndication. Hello — can you see all the little mind maps in that one? Alright good.

**Daniel:** Theoplexus — we’re gonna talk about that one for a minute and I want to share with you about at least four business models. You are getting old — three not flower. That we could write — no see 100% wrong 50% of the time. This is what to expect. Three different business models and four packages that makes 12 variables of how this could fit your journey at an entry point you can afford and are scared to do. Guarantee it. And in the midst of doing it more crazy is gonna happen because the invisible world is gonna block you at every way. If you don’t believe it just watch my episodes. I’m telling you what it’s really like. Talk to any entrepreneur — you won’t believe the horror stories. And I want you to succeed.

**Daniel:** Alright so the monologue is gonna be ending here. Let’s talk about Theoplexus and scene I shot last night. Let me see if I can catch up to speed. If you’re some of the guys in Arizona or across Texas or even in New York. So last year we started a series of episodes in a social enterprise on 360 Men on personal transformation to be able to get ready for convergence, for rapidly accelerating change, so that you don’t become part of the useless class by simply laying around being entertained or find yourself disrupted by emerging technologies.

**Daniel:** That’s a lot. Look, I’m looking out for you. I got your back, right? And the point of the entire year was to talk about personal transformation. So remember you got to look around, see what’s happening, and that includes boulders in your field. Let’s talk about that one for a second. Those boulders are all around. They’re signs in the middle of your vineyard, in the middle of what you’re already doing. And sometimes you got to acknowledge that they are right there waiting to be tapped into. They may be an obstacle you got to pivot from. They are obviously hanging around for most people to see.

**Daniel:** Fast forward — I go to Manhattan, meet with some guys from Wall Street. They’re fabulous young men looking out for my back. Daniel, if you don’t share your talent — scripture says that not only will it be taken from you for burying it but God’s going to take your shovel as well. So I can’t just go hang out in an Airstream, drive around the country and think everything’s just happy. That’s the story, right?

**Daniel:** So what’s it like to be an entrepreneur? Well guess what — look back. There’s a whole year of the journey. It’s a lot of iteration. It’s a ton of do-over. It’s learning to face things you don’t want to face and have fear you don’t want to feel. And guess what — it’s all trying to get you to go where you’re capable of going, right?

**Daniel:** Let’s talk about separating social enterprise — right, that is ministry, the thing in your gut you want to do to help mentor, to help guide, to help lead. Let’s think about separating that just for a little bit in order to become more profitable. Neyland Musk had to do it — he sold off his battery tech to I believe it was Mercedes in order for him to fund another stage of his growth.

**Daniel:** Okay, I’m grinning because there’s been so many interruptions, so many challenges, right? Marcus Aurelius — obstacle is the way. People want to know what’s it like to be an entrepreneur. I mean you gonna raise a bunch of money, get capital and you know you buy Fayette see cars and travel a lot and you know you have a meltdown like the Rain house or no — it’s mostly Top Ramen and celery and peanut butter, sleeping on your futon, working late late late hours and hoping to heck you get a break. And the entire time you’re fighting to keep the lights on, trying to stay warm, you’re trying to stay fed, you’re trying to not burn out and be cranky. You’re trying to iterate and it’s just like climbing the mountain that you see me talk about.

**Daniel:** So by the way you can do better on the food — I promise you that. You can do — we got all kinds of good recipes and you can eat really really well for very moderate price. You and I are probably just getting to know each other. You can look back at the whole year of 360 Men, really get to know who I am. But it’s pretty clear I’m not trying to hawk a platform. In fact I have had to been pushed a little next to the edge even to make this happen. But I am excited because I’m having conversation with a number of you that’s pretty amazing. Some of you guys have been really in Dallas — you’ve been really beat up. You’ve been having to persevere in a lot of ways and some of them are kind of obnoxious but you know we’re not gonna worry about half of the naysayers. We’re just gonna do what we do, persevere, push through this, get you onto a platform of your own so you don’t have to be a content creator but you can be a platform owner. You could change the lanes ahead of data-ism, not be part of the useless class like most people are gonna be.

**Daniel:** Oh big words — no, go watch previous episodes. It’s all there, all history. I want to talk to you about three different ways that we can work together, three different business models that we can explore. And there’s at least four different revenue streams for you. And depending on which of the four revenue streams and which of the three business models, right — we can mix and match all of that together, form a contract. Whether you want to call it digital franchising, a brand ambassador, a license to use the platform under your own private label, your own brand, or to be a distributor and resell it — whole bunch of ways. But here’s just a few that we want to talk about.

**Daniel:** This one being a sponsored relationship. This is like a non-profit and a for-profit being together — members of an association, a church, a club, a co-op in some way — being able to partner with each other. Whether it’s your agency and a ministry that you feel deeply about, we could build a syndication for both of those to collaborate within and the for-profit side to fund the ministry side, okay?

**Daniel:** Another way would be to actually split them apart — have two different separate fractals, two separate syndications — where one of those syndications is available to the business enterprises that are fans or sponsors of the other. So you can do a social enterprise mentoring ministry, facilitating a cause, getting public awareness and truth out there about something that a group of businesses care about and do it on two separate platforms but we’ll build them in tandem. Okay, that’s the second.

**Daniel:** Third one is a facilitated one that might be an agency. And I think this is what many of you will be — you’ll be a digital marketer, you’ll be a social marketing guru or you know sticking your hand in all kinds of ways of SEO and no black hats, no period. We’re about truth-telling and about getting more of that out there. And as an agency you have at least four ways you can make money: straight up by referring to us, you can make money by being the creative and doing the posting with a markup direct to your customer, or just having them subscribe to us and having a royalty from that, or third you can do a co-op, right — one of these which may be that you get a bunch of your different peers together in different verticals and you know like a photographer or writer, a videographer, a kid that drives, flies a drone, you know social media — but you may all want to share the platform costs and work collaborative. A bureau of they — yeah we’re together. That may be the way that it works for you. Or you may just be an agency that wants to act as a not just a brand ambassador but actually a reseller so that we build the platform for your client, you then do some portion or all of the content management of it and syndication of it. We then stay sort of lined in the background. Or we may build for your own agency your own syndication which could be hyper-local across your entire metro — super-intense — have a look at Manhattan for example, or it could be statewide — look at Arizona — it could be nationwide. Many of the projects are doing it that way.

**Daniel:** So you may be wondering whoa okay now he’s doing the sales pitch. You know I’m still sorting. I’m only gonna work with a handful. I’m still going deep in relationship in order to have the most enduring, the most sustainable business model. I don’t want everyone to use this — actually quite the opposite. I want the few to use it. So if something here resonates with you, you’d like more information, you’d like to have a dialogue, a phone call, a Zoom, something like that, then by all means let’s set that up. If I can help you change lanes ahead of what’s emerging data-ism so that you can actually become a platform owner not just a contributor to someone else’s platform as a content creator — big distinction in revenues and ultimately the legacy that you leave, the wake you leave.

**Daniel:** And as I’m doing my passion and I’ve got a tool — I hope you can tell this is pretty authentic, pretty rural. We’re entrepreneuring and doing it for 42 years. So come on and come follow me. I got a tool for you. Alright, see you next week.

**Daniel:** First thing I want you to notice is that there is a huge boulder in the middle of their vineyard. And ask yourself which one was first? I think the boulder was there first and then they built the house and the barn. But somebody had to sell him the land and I’m sure that somebody would have gone, “What’s with that big boulder?” And I can just see the realtor going, “Oh that boulder — that’s been there forever. Don’t worry about that.” Oh okay, just let it go.

**Daniel:** So the boulder is laying in the field. You build a house and barn, you build a vineyard and then one day another boulder comes down and destroys your barn. Didn’t see that coming. To study history means to watch the spinning and unraveling of those webs and to realize that what seems to people in one age the most important thing in life becomes utterly meaningless to their descendants.

**Daniel:** In episode 1 we talked about scotomas and blind spots and you can see from the vineyard there was a significant blind spot. A boulder was ready to go any decade. That’ll never happen to me. Lots of interesting things are gonna happen to you that you just didn’t think whatever happened to you.

**CODEX ENTRY**

**Date:** 2019-02-16
**File:** 360MEN WTA 205 - Deux Review.md
**Monomyth Stage:** 12 - Return with the Elixir
**Gameboard:** Camp 5: The Return / Elixir
**MA5 Domain:** Initium
**Summary:** In a snowy Hood River setting Daniel reviews the full 360MEN journey, names the vineyard boulder as the ultimate scotoma, and lays out the complete Theoplexus syndication offer (three business models + four revenue streams) so men can own platforms instead of creating content for others.
**Key Insight:** Opportunity and disaster stare us in the face while biology and attention betray us — the boulder was always there; the hero who learns to see it, lean into every obstacle, and own the syndication platform changes family lanes before data-ism renders him useless.
**Narrative Significance:** This review episode completes the Return phase of the Scotomaville/Initium arc: the hero has tested the tools in Manhattan, survived the pivot, and now distributes the elixir (Theoplexus/Netware syndication) with clear, mix-and-match pathways so others can own their own fractal and leave a lasting wake instead of choking on regret.
