# M4. Meaning Beyond the Job

## What this mission shows

In 2005 Daniel said, "Being a success in those terms is not what you get. It's who you [be]come." In 2010 he named his audience: "There's 15 million of us men in America. Half of all the businesses are run solo – without support, without peers around us, without guidance and mentoring." In 2018 and 2019 he put men in front of the camera to talk about the things a job title hides. In 2023 he took the same work to veterans' events in The Dalles and Hood River.
