summary: "Daniel opens a new isolated project folder for the link registry work, reads project instructions, and uploads Sections 07, 08, and 09 PDF files for fresh extraction; Claude produces three complete section replacement blocks (Sections 07–09) using PyMuPDF extraction and card table cross-reference, superseding the partial entries from earlier sessions — establishing the new project folder as the clean workspace going forward."
keypoints:
  - "This thread opens in a new isolated project folder — created specifically to separate the detailed link registry work from the broader Initium Scaffold Digest project; thus no prior conversation history is available for search."
  - "Daniel reads the project instructions first and asks what Claude needs besides the next session file — Claude confirms it has the full card table and Rules & Methods seed file, and needs only the PDF uploads."
  - "Daniel provides the target table schema confirming the column order: Printed Page | Link Type | Card PRIME | Card Name | Suit | Camp | Thread Type | URL."
  - "Section 07 extraction: 19 links, pages 170–201 (Camp -1: Meeting AI Sherpa) — cards S.043 Pattern Recognition, T.047 Iterative Refinement, T.053 Mimicking, and others; complete replacement block produced."
  - "Section 08 extraction: 19 links, pages 202–233 (C00: Base Camp) — cards T.061 Question Refinement Protocol, S.067 Self-Reflection, S.071 Affirmations, P.073 Maslow's Extended Hierarchy, T.079 Inferential Advising, T.083 Seed Prompting, P.089 Bloom's Taxonomy; complete replacement block produced."
  - "Section 09 extraction: 31 links, pages 234–261 (C01: Understanding) — richest section to date; cards T.097 Super-Union, P.101 First Principles, P.103 Hierarchical Computation, P.107 Narrative Arc, and others."
  - "Two new slugs flagged in Section 09 extraction — specific slugs noted for addition to master registry."
  - "The isolated project folder strategy is explicitly named as the structural solution to the context contamination problem from prior sessions — clean state, clean rules, clean output."

# Claude-thread-2026-04-03-145
## Project Instructions and Session File Requirements
### Link Registry — New Project Folder — Sections 07–09 Fresh Extraction

**Date:** 2026-04-03 · 03:18
**Thread type:** Substantive — Technical
**Message count:** 12

## Summary

Daniel opens this thread in a new, isolated project folder created specifically for the link registry work. He reads the project instructions, confirms Claude has what it needs (card table + seed file), provides the target schema, and uploads Sections 07, 08, and 09 as PDFs. Claude runs PyMuPDF extraction on each and produces three complete replacement blocks — superseding the partial and potentially hallucinated entries from earlier sessions. The new project folder is the clean workspace.

---

## What Happened

The isolation of this work into a new project folder is itself a methodological decision — a response to the context contamination problem named in Thread 143. In the original project folder, every search for thread history was returning a mix of digest sessions, link registry sessions, and methodology sessions. The noise made it difficult to confirm what was actually established versus what was inferred. The new folder starts clean.

Daniel opens by reading project instructions and asking what Claude needs. Claude's answer: just the PDF uploads. Everything else — card table, Rules and Methods seed, URL pattern decoding system — is in project knowledge.

Three sections are uploaded and extracted in sequence:

---

## Section 07 — Meeting AI Sherpa (Camp -1)

| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| Printed pages | 170–201 |
| Total links | 19 |
| Cards | S.043, T.047, T.053, and others |

**Camp -1 context:** The Meeting AI Sherpa chapter — the last pre-camp stage before Base Camp. The Guardian Butterflies video (confirmed URL from PDF link layer) appears twice. The standard three-QR-per-card structure applies throughout.

---

## Section 08 — Base Camp (C00)

| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| Printed pages | 202–233 |
| Total links | 19 |
| Cards | T.061, S.067, S.071, P.073, T.079, T.083, P.089 |

**C00 context:** Seven cards across Base Camp. First appearance of Maslow's Extended Hierarchy (P.073) and Bloom's Taxonomy (P.089) as full card spreads. The Camp 00 Guardian Test QR confirmed.

---

## Section 09 — Camp One: Understanding (C01)

| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| Printed pages | 234–261 |
| Total links | 31 |
| Cards | T.097, P.101, P.103, P.107, and others |

**C01 context:** The richest section to date at 31 links. Two new slugs flagged for the master registry. Super-Union (T.097) is the first Tool card in the C01 range — notable as the camp's opening card.

## The Isolated Folder Strategy

The new project folder approach addresses three compounding problems from the earlier sessions:

1. **Context contamination** — prior session searches returned mixed results from digest and registry work simultaneously
2. **Rules drift** — rules established mid-session in one thread were not reliably retrieved in the next
3. **Hallucination risk** — without clean rules in context, some URLs may have been inferred rather than extracted

The new folder holds only the link registry materials. The seed file and card table are the authoritative context. Extraction is clean and traceable.

*Sections 07, 08, 09 extraction blocks produced in this thread replace the partial entries from sessions 141–143. The replacement blocks use the confirmed schema and confirmed URL patterns with no inferred or hallucinated values.*
