## What Happened Here

Ghost thread. Both Daniel's prompt and Claude's response fields contain no text. Second empty thread on January 18, 2026 (see also T040).

Two empty threads on the same date may indicate repeated failed session starts — Claude interface connectivity issue, or Daniel beginning sessions that didn't advance.
