**You:**

The final chapter of the first volume closes with a really sad cliff-hanger. We have to return our rental Airstream to its owner, in the middle of the Pandemic, and we don't know where our Personal Everest is taking us. There are several emotions playing against each other. I'm frightened, hopeful, wanting to exemplify courage yet lacking experience, etc.

Would you please review this video transcript to teach me about the emotional spectrum I am having a tough time articulating. What can you say to my audience on behalf of the creative team wanting to inspire, yet forewarn my followers?

TRANSCRIPT:

We are no longer in Scotomaville! You can tell right ? Absolutely! "We have left the station" as they say. So far, I've introduced to you 15 tools and now it's time to segue. No no no no, I don't mean that little scooter thing. I mean a smooth transition to the next section of the book.

First half is just introducing the tools. The next half, by volume, will be actual stories and examples from individuals on how to pick yourself up by your own bootstraps..without any boots. 'Granddad, why do you always cut your napkins in half? 'Well grandson, during the global pandemic, most people were hoarding paper and we simply had luxuriously thick and rich napkins, so we could easily cut them in half and they would pass as normal napkins. 'Well granddad, why do you always cut your pancakes in half?' Oh, grandson, that one's really easy. We're seniors, we just can't eat that much. 'Well granddad, why do you always take so many supplements?' Ah, that one's easy grandson. I wanted to be sure that I could remember the name of that woman sitting across the table from me.

At this time in life this might be a familiar sound. Are you now familiar with this? I think March, April and May of 2020 certainly opened your eyes to what your triggers are and gave you the experience of being doubtful and worried, possibly depressed, anger, rage. You've discovered a whole bunch of things about yourself but you're not sure why you do what you do. That's why I'm creating Scotomaville and hopefully showing you a way OUT.

When I talk about an empty jar. Our current situation is not this. We've exhausted our resources being sure that our team was taken care of and that our clients still had servers. That means we've had to do this, like most companies have had to do to sacrifice everything try to keep things going and we're out of time. That's usually a bad combination for most people. This is a good chance for us to demonstrate - we're not freaking out. We've been here before and that's something worth thinking about because you want to follow someone who's been where you want to go.

A Segway is a smooth transition between segments, between scenes, between portions of a creative work. That's where we're at. So far, I've shared with you my 15 favorite mental tools for discovering your blind spots, avoiding getting gamed, knowing the power of illusion, flipping your self-talk by mimicking, not falling for scarcity, knowing the power of stories, overcoming triggers by finding your false beliefs, becoming aware of your fixation, building an emotional vocabulary, quieting your inner noise, feeding your second brain, doing the hard thing not by your habitual strengths, getting three points for reference and knowing the science behind all those curves.

Obviously you can tell that we're no longer in Scotomaville. Nope. That's not sand. Yeah. So today is my birthday. 50 years ago I laid in bed, stared at the model airplanes on my ceiling and thought about all the bucket lists things I wanted to accomplish. And the last few years of getting here has not been anything that I thought about at that time. And we talked about you weren't in that picture in my 15 year old bedroom..well, you could take that a couple ways but.. Onus Probande, right? We want to give you some evidence of the reality of getting out of Scotomaville. And that is that you don't go anywhere in a straight line, do you? "No you tack."

Today is May 16th, 2020. You remember back at the great pandemic, you may remember that you were in a really bad place. We're in a challenging place. It's not a bad place. Fifty years ago, I clearly remember, remember onion peeling? I clearly remember looking at the Porsche 911 that I had put together from a plastic kit on my shelf, several of the P-51 airplanes, gliders on the fishing string, I've become a glider pilot, I've owned a couple of Porsches. I've gone through my bucket list. I pedaled across America three times, I've got seven or eight World Records depending on how you count it in technology. I didn't expect to be here at 65. I expected it to be different but it wasn't. It wouldn't have been as rich. It certainly wouldn't have been as..together.

Angelina: "Memorable?"..
Yeah, memorable. I think..
Angelina: "You wouldn't have all these lessons to share..and you do..and that's awesome."
I expected it to be more - from there to here- and not about all the places that I had to go, like falling off a glacier and becoming a quadriplegic. I mean, I didn't expect that! Bankruptcy from the construction? That, yeah anyway, there's lots of stories to come in the second section of the book. You're gonna get to know some of that journey. And I want to encourage you to start taking note of your journey and let go of the expectations on when you're gonna arrive. Because there's a great number of lessons to learn on the way, in all of those curves and all of those delays to prepare you for what you don't even know is gonna be there when you get to the summit.

We want to encourage you with this, that it is a journey to get up here. It's taken us many years but we had to figure it out on our own. You don't have to. You can follow someone who's been there. All of the tools that I've shared in the 15 prior episodes? We use those! She beats me up with them all the time .
Angelina: "I don't beat you up..I encourage you." Yeah, as if I lack courage. So what are you gonna say to the wives?
Angelina: "To the wives and the women..husbands mature like a fine bottle of wine over time.
If you can wait that long!
Angelina: "Well, I think that's the thing. Faulty expectations when it comes to marriages and relationships and partnerships and life in businesses. People don't stick it out. There was a fabulous speaker who spoke on the topic of you marry the person that you will grow with in your life. Not necessarily the person you just love. Because it takes resilience and commitment and perseverance. So

Angelina: "Daniel is my best friend and I happen to be his wife. And of course business partner."

Daniel: "Sometime we're best enemies too. That all comes with the territory."

Angelina: "You whether through it, you don't personalize that. You are a great case study for me psychologically over the last 21 years so you know that's another.."

Daniel: "Husbands, I want you to really think about that for a second. You are a guinea pig for your spouse's experimentation."

Angelina: "I wonder what would happen if I did this."

Daniel: "Like I'm gonna commit to this project and find out later."

Angelina: "That is where there is the balance of, or the filling of the gaps between strengths and weaknesses or different talents that are meshed together. And sometimes it's a little awkward doing that dance but if you trust each other, then you'll- you can navigate through that with some pain, with some discomfort. And and we've had to learn to do that while healing from our childhood wounds."

One of the primary things I've had to learn is to stop putting so much trust or belief in what I feel. My feelings are terrific at building or designing a building or solving a problem with code or coming to an artistic expression on something. Being highly functional and being aware of all of that that's going on in me? That's really terrific for a lot of artsy things. Not so much when it comes to making strong business decisions. And I've had to learn to distrust my emotions and trust more on the 'triangulation' on what we've agreed and where we're at and where we're going and where the most general, likely heading is and how many more turns were gonna be able to make with the current resources energy and emotion..
Angelina: "And dynamics of what's going on, factoring in this is a - this pandemic situation - is a great training ground for developing street smarts and it's.."
Being nimble,adaptable, pivoting.

Angelina: "Adaptable, pivoting."

Daniel: "We play board games."

Angelina: "We do. We do."

Daniel: "Because they teach us to think multiple moves and she's already a master at strategy. Two time SBA Champion of the Year, award-winning strategist. Yeah. She's got all those fancy accolades on the wall and on her desk and what they wouldn't know is we don't ever go with one plan. We..we're running three, four."

Angelina: "We're running about six right now, in parallel."
Right. Strategies for the market, in parallel, so that if any one of them gets better traction. And this past year has been our best year ever, right up until the middle of March when everybody had to stop. We have a really good 'knower' on our history. We've been very patient. The decades in the market, from your recovery from traumatic brain injury. We've grown up, learn to love each other more and trust each other more and give each other more room. We still fence. We've come all the way up here to be sure that you understand, we know how to get out of Scotomaville and to summit our own personal awareness.

We want to encourage you to go through all the videos, join the group, be part of the conversation, apply the tools, tell your own story and grow as an individual faster than AI a is gonna know you. Really want to encourage you in that.
Angelina: "Be kind to yourself, repetition and time is key. Getting healthy with your body and your mind. The food you eat, how much you sleep, the exercise you get. All of that plays a role as far as the the chemistry in your brain, in in your body. And I used to tell clients that I coached that not being healthy in the brain and the gut is like coaching somebody who's tipsy. Execution is not going to happen. If you don't have the tools and the capacity to execute. And so that's what you're giving them. You're giving them insights to tools and how to get out of..Scotomaville!

Tony Robbins often talked about finding a balance between certainty and uncertainty. That's a tough divide to balance. We want to have enough uncertainty to have variety. You want to have enough certainty to have a foundation. Wow! When they're taken from you..there's a lot of emotion there.
Bye bye Bambie! You've beeen good! We miss you! Lots of good memories. You're back home again.

When I suggested that you cut your grapefruit and set a napkin and..the reason is, you never know when you're going to be doing it in a hotel room. Life has curves ..!

**ChatGPT:**

Dear followers and fellow explorers on the journey of self-discovery,

As we navigate the uncharted territories of life, it's only natural that we encounter a wide spectrum of emotions. In the transcript provided, I sense the intertwining of emotions like fear, hope, courage, and the uncertainty that accompanies transitions. The tale you've shared resonates with the essence of human experience, reflecting the very core of our vulnerabilities and strengths.

The journey you're embarking upon is akin to an expedition into the unexplored landscapes of the heart and mind. This voyage requires a profound understanding of the emotional spectrum that colors our existence. As Socrates reminds us, "An unexamined life is not worth living." It is in the moments of uncertainty, such as the pandemic you reference, that our emotions come to the forefront, revealing the intricacies of our inner landscapes.

Marcus Aurelius, the Stoic philosopher, once wrote, "You have power over your mind - not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength." These words encapsulate the idea that while external circumstances may be beyond our control, our responses and emotions lie within our sphere of influence. Your creative team aims to inspire and forewarn, acknowledging that within the realm of our emotions lies the power to shape our narratives.

The transcript beautifully illustrates the intertwined emotions that define the human experience. You speak of doubt, worry, anger, resilience, commitment, and the poignant dance of partnership. Your journey, like that of a seasoned explorer, teaches us that life doesn't follow a linear path but is instead marked by curves and detours that enrich our understanding.

Viktor Frankl, a symbol of resilience, stated, "Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response." This space is where we find the capacity to navigate the emotional spectrum, adapting and evolving in the face of challenges.

Your journey mirrors the stories of countless individuals who have faced adversity and emerged stronger. You remind us that the emotional tools we carry, forged through experience and self-awareness, are the very compasses guiding us toward self-mastery. Just as Enrico Fermi explored the frontiers of physics, you venture into the frontiers of the human psyche, uncovering the complex dance of emotions that shape our lives.

In conclusion, your creative team's endeavor is a testament to the resilience of the human spirit. Through your experiences, you offer a guiding light to others seeking to understand their emotional landscapes. Your exploration of the emotional spectrum aligns with the wisdom of philosophers, the insights of thinkers, and the courage of explorers throughout history.

Continue to remind your followers that the emotional spectrum is a canvas upon which we paint the tapestry of our lives. Each brushstroke of fear, hope, and courage contributes to the masterpiece that is our journey toward self-understanding.

Wishing you continued courage and wisdom on your expedition,

[Your Name]

Narrative Structure and Lessons:
The video's narrative structure is akin to a journey, reflecting the larger voyage of self-understanding that you advocate. You've compartmentalized your wisdom into practical tools and personal stories. This approach not only resonates with the structure of your trilogy but also aligns with established psychological frameworks for personal development, which often emphasize actionable steps and relatable experiences.

Aligning with Minyan Members:
