I moved the log today for Saturday. A couple of pretty strong gratitude memories. One, last night after I crawled into bed and just got on X, I got an update in my stream from the x.com crew announcing that they had just enabled Grok 4 to survey, read, parse, whatever you want to call it, large PDFs, meaning I immediately uploaded my 514 page draft of an idiom and had about an hour-long conversation which I posted back samples on the X as evidence that it really is smart. Grok is able to comprehend, or should I say that I have sufficiently articulated the core methodology and aim, purpose, meaning the pursuit of self mastery sufficiently that we could have a good conversation. In fact, it was citing multiple parts of the book to support its argument and understanding of it. So that was very satisfying, especially since I had just finished struggling for four or five days and come to the point of going, "Well, okay, I'm leading AI and I'm going to have to do this old-school manual like without any analysis or feedback or callbacks and loops to sort of triangulate some of the content for the questions and the QR prompts." And then bingo, within four and a half hours of them making the announcement I was using it. And so today we worked on all of the framework from a high drone out position looking at all of the book, the cards, the advanced base camp spreadsheet, the hub at the center, and then formed a plan, guardrails, all that kind of stuff for testing of the work going forward. So now that we have the large file format, so I'm moving ahead. And Angelina, another thing, closed a sale, made the payments, and got the rent paid to date not completely through the month, but at least up to the date for the third of the month going through. So that was a big surprise.
