I remember laying on my back. It was chilly. I was in what I'd learn was the front seat of my mothers car (Her fathers more likely). Outside - as i recall was a gray-green soffit. My mother was inside buying baby formula - or stuff for my baby food. That's what my mother told me when I first shared this image and feeling with her. I think I was in the Navy then. I only feel sure of this because I haven't spoken to her for three decades now. I'm 71 in a few weeks.

I remember the shadows from the knobs on the dashboard. I felt cold - but not miserable or crying. I just vividly remember laying on my back, looking up through the windshield into the fairly brightened sliver of shadowed overhang. To this day I see this image as-if I have to flip it in 3-d to recognize what I was looking at. I was in diapers for sure. Toni (Annette Therese Toth) said the drug store was at the bottom of the cobbled street my grandparents lived on (Crawford lane?) in Garfield Heights, OH.
